This tool is designed for use on Rochester Quadrajet Primary
Shafts. It is not designed to ream out existing brass or bronze bushings.
It is not recommended for zinc dicast reaming or fuel injection.
Designed for 5/16 throttle shaft repair. 5/16 id, 3/8 od;
1/2 in length. Kit includes: 4 oil impregnated bronze bushings,
8 screws and one carbon steel reverse-cut piloted reamer for proper
shaft alignment.
Requires 1/2" drill or drill press.
The cutting portion is inserted into the drill chuck
and the pilot is inserted into the bore. DO NOT USE ANY OIL.
