Return Policy: Carburetor Parts, Kits and Small Components

To avoid having to return an item, please ask questions before you buy so we can verify the fit for you. We want you to be happy and get the right part the first time.

Carb Junky's offers a 30 Day Return Policy provided the following: all product(s), accessories, packaging, printed materials are all returned in new, unused condition. Carb Kits must be unopened; breaking the seal prohibits the return, exchange or crediting.

Credit will be issued on the original purchase credit card or PayPal or in the form of a check, with up to a 20% re-stocking fee and/or less any related shipping charges.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days of purchasing our product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 30 calendar days of purchasee

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or will be refunded.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Return authorization required; for authorization please call 770-457-8570 or email us at info@carbjunkys.com.
Original sales receipt must accompany all returns. No refunds or adjustments made without the return of unused goods. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Our goal is for our customers to be happy with their purchase. We are lead by God to do the right thing. If we make a mistake, we'll fix it.
